# Method:
01 - Heat oven to 425°F.
02 - Rinse, trim, and cut the Brussels sprouts in half lengthwise.
03 - In a large bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
04 - Add grated Parmesan to the bowl and toss lightly to distribute the cheese.
05 - Spread Brussels sprouts cut side down in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet lined with parchment.
06 - Roast in preheated oven for 22 to 25 minutes until golden brown and edges are crisp.
07 - Transfer Brussels sprouts to a serving platter while hot and enjoy immediately.
