Dinosaur Bone Prehistoric Crudités (Printable)

# Components:

→ Dinosaur Bones Breadsticks

01 - 8.8 oz pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
02 - 2 tbsp olive oil
03 - 1 tsp coarse sea salt
04 - 1 tsp dried oregano (optional)

→ Prehistoric Crudités

05 - 1 large carrot, peeled and cut into sticks
06 - 1 cucumber, cut into spears
07 - 1 red bell pepper, sliced into strips
08 - 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced into strips
09 - 1 cup broccoli florets
10 - 1 cup cherry tomatoes

→ Dip

11 - 7 oz Greek yogurt
12 - 1 tbsp lemon juice
13 - 1 tbsp chopped fresh chives
14 - Salt and pepper, to taste

# Method:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Divide the pizza dough into 12 portions and roll each into a 5-inch rope. Tie loose knots at both ends to resemble bones.
03 - Place the shaped breadsticks on the prepared baking sheet. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt and oregano if using.
04 - Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked. Allow them to cool slightly.
05 - On a large platter, arrange the carrot sticks, cucumber spears, bell pepper strips, broccoli florets, and cherry tomatoes.
06 - In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt, lemon juice, chopped chives, salt, and pepper to create the dip.
07 - Place the baked breadstick bones among the vegetables and serve with the dip on the side.
