# Method:
- Pour 2 cups of hot water (about 175°F) over the 2 green tea bags in a heatproof vessel. Steep 2–3 minutes, remove the bags, then transfer the tea to the refrigerator or set aside to cool to room temperature.
- In a pitcher, combine 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice, 1/2 cup cold water and 1/4 cup granulated sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves completely.
- In a small bowl or measuring cup, whisk together 1 cup peach nectar and 2 tablespoons simple syrup (or honey/agave). Taste and adjust sweetness as needed.
- Fill serving glasses with ice. Pour equal parts cooled green tea, peach syrup and lemonade into each glass (approximately one part of each per glass). Stir gently to combine.
- Top each glass with peach slices and mint leaves if desired. Serve immediately and advise guests to stir before drinking.
