# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • It takes five minutes and demands almost nothing from you, yet tastes like you actually tried.
  • The raspberries muddle into something gorgeously jammy that makes every sip feel a little luxurious.
  • It works as a mocktail, a light cocktail, or somewhere beautifully in between—no judgment either way.
02 -
  • Don't muddle so hard that you crush the lime seeds and bitter pith into the mix—you want flavor, not harshness.
  • If you're using frozen raspberries, they release more juice than fresh ones, so you might need slightly less simple syrup than you'd think.
03 -
  • Keep your glasses in the freezer for a few minutes before serving so the drink stays cold longer without diluting too quickly.
  • If you want it slightly less sweet but still flavored, use less simple syrup and let the natural tartness of the lime and raspberries come through.
