# Method:
01 - Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Combine green beans, olive oil, garlic, sea salt, and black pepper in a large mixing bowl. Toss until evenly coated.
03 - Spread green beans in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
04 - Roast for 18 to 20 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until beans are tender and slightly blistered and garlic is golden.
05 - Transfer beans to a serving platter. Sprinkle with lemon zest and garnish with toasted almonds or Parmesan as desired.
