# Method:
01 - Add almond milk, Greek yogurt, vanilla protein powder, vanilla extract, vanilla bean seeds, and sweetener to a high-speed blender
02 - Add ice cubes on top of the liquid ingredients in the blender
03 - Blend on high speed for 30 to 45 seconds until smooth, creamy, and frothy
04 - Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness or vanilla intensity as desired
05 - Pour the shake equally into two tall glasses
06 - Top each serving with whipped cream and a sprinkle of vanilla powder or cinnamon if desired, then serve immediately
