01 - 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
02 - 2 cups fresh broccoli florets

03 - 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
04 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
05 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
06 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce
07 - 1 teaspoon lemon juice
08 - 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
09 - Salt and black pepper, to taste

# Method:
01 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken pieces, season with salt and black pepper, and cook for 5 to 6 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove chicken and set aside.
02 - Pour 1/4 cup water into the skillet and add broccoli florets. Cover and steam for 2 to 3 minutes until broccoli is slightly tender but remains crisp. Drain any remaining water.
03 - Lower heat to medium-low and add unsalted butter to the skillet. Once melted, stir in minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until aromatic.
04 - Stir in soy sauce, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes. Mix thoroughly to combine all flavors.
05 - Return cooked chicken to the skillet and coat in the garlic butter sauce. Sauté for 1 to 2 minutes until evenly glazed.
06 - Return broccoli to the skillet and toss with chicken and sauce until well distributed. Remove from heat and garnish with sesame seeds and chopped parsley if desired. Serve warm.
