# Method:
01 - Cook rice as directed on packaging. Keep warm for serving.
02 - In a small bowl, whisk together honey, low-sodium soy sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger. For a thickened sauce, stir cornstarch with water and add to mixture.
03 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high. Add shrimp in a single layer and cook 2–3 minutes each side until pink and lightly golden.
04 - Pour honey garlic sauce over the shrimp. Cook for a further 2–3 minutes, stirring until sauce thickens and coats all pieces.
05 - Spoon warm rice into bowls. Top with glazed shrimp and sauce, then garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
