# Components:

→ Fries

01 - 2 pounds frozen or fresh French fries

→ Sauce

02 - 3 tablespoons honey
03 - 3 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
04 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
05 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce
06 - 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
07 - 1 garlic clove, minced

→ Toppings

08 - 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
09 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
10 - 2 scallions, thinly sliced
11 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
12 - 1 small red chili, thinly sliced (optional)

# Method:

01 - Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Arrange fries evenly on the prepared sheet. Bake according to package instructions or until golden and crisp, about 25–30 minutes.
03 - In a small saucepan over low heat, combine honey, Sriracha, melted butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and minced garlic. Stir constantly until fully blended and warmed, approximately 2–3 minutes. Remove from heat.
04 - When fries are crispy, transfer to a large ovenproof casserole dish. Drizzle sauce over fries and gently toss to ensure even coating.
05 - Evenly distribute mozzarella and cheddar cheese over the coated fries. Return casserole dish to oven and bake for 8–10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
06 - Remove from oven. Top with scallions, cilantro, and red chili, if using. Serve immediately while hot.
