# Method:
01 - Preheat oven to 400°F and arrange parchment paper on a baking sheet.
02 - Bring salted water to a boil and cook short pasta until just al dente. Drain thoroughly and pat dry using a clean towel.
03 - Transfer drained pasta to a mixing bowl and combine evenly with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, oregano, chili flakes if using, sea salt, ground black pepper, and Parmesan cheese or nutritional yeast.
04 - Spread seasoned pasta evenly on the lined baking sheet in a single layer.
05 - Place in oven and bake for 18–22 minutes, tossing halfway, until chips are golden and crispy.
06 - Let pasta chips cool slightly before presenting on their own or accompanied by a dip of choice.
