# Method:
01 - Set oven to 480°F or its highest setting. If using a pizza stone, place it inside during preheating.
02 - On a lightly floured surface, stretch or roll out the pizza dough to a 12-inch round. Move to a parchment-lined baking sheet or pizza peel.
03 - Combine crème fraîche, minced garlic, chopped dill, lemon zest, salt, and black pepper in a mixing bowl until fully blended.
04 - Spread crème fraîche sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a 1/2-inch border around the edge.
05 - Evenly sprinkle shredded mozzarella over the sauce.
06 - Arrange the sliced dill pickles and red onion (if using) over the cheese layer.
07 - Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust turns golden and cheese is bubbling.
08 - Remove pizza from the oven, garnish with fresh dill, slice, and serve immediately.
