Ingredients

- Spicy Peanut Marinade: 4 tbsp creamy peanut butter, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp lime juice (about 1 lime), 1 tbsp brown sugar, 1 tbsp sriracha or chili garlic sauce (adjust to taste), 2 cloves garlic, minced, 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated, 2 tbsp vegetable oil, 1 tsp ground coriander, 1 tsp ground cumin, 2 tbsp water
