Recipe Guide
- → Can I use ground chicken instead of pork?
Absolutely. Ground chicken or turkey works well, offering a lighter flavor and texture.
- → How do I avoid soggy noodles?
Undercook ramen by two minutes before layering—they finish in the oven, preventing softness.
- → What cheese varieties work best in this fusion dish?
Ricotta, mozzarella, and parmesan blend for creamy layers and a golden top. Feel free to experiment.
- → Is this dish spicy?
Gochujang and red pepper flakes add heat. Adjust quantities to match your spice preference.
- → What wine pairs well with this meal?
A crisp lager or lightly chilled red wine complements the bold flavors without overpowering the dish.
- → Can I add vegetables to the layers?
Yes, sautéed mushrooms or spinach add flavor and nutrition. Layer them between noodles and sauce.
