- Cheese: 8 slices cheddar cheese (or your preferred melting cheese)

Instructions
- Step 1:
- Flatten each bread slice with a rolling pin until thin.
- Step 2:
- Place one cheese slice on each slice of bread.
- Step 3:
- Roll up each bread slice tightly around the cheese pressing to seal the edge.
- Step 4:
- Brush the outside of each rollup lightly with softened butter.
- Step 5:
- Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
- Step 6:
- Place rollups seam side down in the skillet Cook for 23 minutes per side turning until all sides are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Step 7:
- Remove from skillet and let cool slightly.
- Step 8:
